I really like the background & foreground, how it comes together with these smooth colors.
This is well chosen and makes the ambience warm and calm.

The pose is taken by the reference very well & you hit it right in my opinion. Maybe some shadows could be improved and/or being a little bit darker. But thats not a must, only a thought of myself.

You did an awesome job on the dress. The textures are lovely, very nice drawn and makes this special.
Even the idea of such many details should show everyone, that it takes much time to do it accurate like here.

Some points i was wondering about (just as a reflection from a viewer) :

The hair, which cames in the lower left edge and overlays the cloth looks a little bit to hard. Especialy when you look at the rest of the hair, what is really smooth.
Also the roses in the other corner are a little bit flattened. Again - This is absolutly ok, cause this could be a style, which is chosen by yourself. This is only a part, which i was wondering about when i saw your picture <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

In the end, i really like the details on the dress and the composition you've chosen here.
