First off I would like to say that I think this piece reflects your improvement with anatomy, bravo. The muted colors also caught my eye, they are very appealing. Some things that I don't quite like are the nose. Since you used a fairly dark color for it, it looks like it is depressed into the face instead of pointing out like a noses actually do. The other thing is the pointed cloth coming up off her shoulder looks out of place because physically cloth cannot support itself, gravity would have an effect. But other wise the cloth itself is rendered well, and it harmonizes with the way her hair swirls and falls. Lovely piece over all, job well done. ^^ Hope this helps a bit.
